Replacement Substructure Hoppe Bit Key Rosette V2
Print Profile(1)

Description
Improved Version V2:
I chamfered the transitions from edge to surface with a slight curve, making the construction more stable overall and closer to the quality of an injection-molded model.

Here you will find a reverse-engineered substructure for a Hoppe bit key rosette. This refers to the black plastic part under the visible rosette. This part is not available individually.
With my door handle sets, which are all about 25 years old by now, the pins of this substructure regularly break during maintenance work. A complete replacement of the set is expensive and unnecessary. That's why I precisely recreated the part in Fusion and prepared it for 3D printing.
Matching the product:
Hoppe Bit Key Rosette Pair, Key Rosette, Room Door, Alu F2
Product Series 42KVS
Only the non-visible substructure under the rosette is printed.
Printing instructions:
• Material: PETG recommended
• Supports: Part of the print profile. They are required and must be printed.
• Orientation and settings are already coordinated in the profile.
Application:
• Replacement of defective substructures in existing Hoppe door handle sets.
• Preservation of original fittings without complete new purchase.
• Suitable for repair and maintenance of existing stock.
The file is available including the print profile. Dimensions and geometry are based on the original part. The goal is a functional replacement for the long-term continued operation of existing sets.
