  • M2.5 Bolt and Nut x 1:

Description

I wanted a way to shoot in portrait orientation quickly and keeping the camera level when resting on handrails, walls and other things out in the real world.

I designed an adaptor for my Canon M5 mirrorless camera that screws on to the strap eyelet on the left hand side.  I only use a wrist strap when taking street photos so this eyelet was not being used and was in the way!

After a couple of design iterations my final design screws on using an M2.5 bolt and nut, allowing for me to quickly rest the camera down knowing it will be level when in the vertical orientation.

It's super helpful for low light situations where the shutter speed drops low enough that just shooting handheld would cause blur.

Its proven effective and is small enough and lightweight enough that it stay on my camera all the time.

Im hoping that some other Canon M5 users will discover this model and find it useful!
