Description

Here they are like you all asked! the next best Foothold on the web! These footholds are more aggressive than others without sacrificing ejection. They are entirely 3D printed too! I've had over a 1,000 miles on these and finalized on the 18th version! If you need me to print them for you contact me on Facebook at Mason Fage, otherwise, Enjoy! here are critical settings to change on your printer

Strength-

   Wall Loops 10

   Top Surface Pattern (Concentric)

   Top Shell Layers 10

   Bottom Shell Layers 10

   Top/Bottom Solid Infill/Wall Overlap 95%

   Sparse Infill 95%

 

Special Mode-

   Fuzzy Skin (All Walls)

   Fuzzy Skin Point Distance (1mm)

   Fuzzy Skin Thickness (0.4mm)

 

Print file at 28 degrees on Y Axis.

Print the hook with at least 95A Overture TPU with these settings. Use HS Overture for a stiffer hook or 98A TPU.

Print the Base with PETG with these settings.

Use #6 ½ and ¾ wood screws to combine the two together.

READ THIS FOR SCREW PLACEMENT it’s self explanatory when you get to that step. longer screws go in thicker material, shorter screws go in thinner.

LEGIT! EPIC! Inland Translucent TPU 95. Flashforge HS PETG. printed on Flashforge ADM5 Pro. printed a couple on my P1S with TPU for AMS and Overture HS TPU 95. Great profile!

Force Flows for the win! Maybe add the amount of screws and for which sizes and where they go. would be great. also, which size screw to mount this to the FST pads. i have figured it out, but would be great to have that in the description for future folks. thanks Mason!
