Description
Cool Box Drain Plug Replacement (32 mm / 1.25 in Hole)
After losing the original drain plug for my cool box—and finding that buying a replacement plus shipping was way too expensive . I designed this plug to match the original part as closely as possible. It fits securely, seals well, and restores full functionality to the cooler.
I printed my plug in PETG, which works great, but most materials should be fine.
For long‑term outdoor durability, I recommend ASA.
I’ve also included a washer design in the files, but I’m not actually using it on my own cooler—and there are no leaks without it.
