Supports Required: I have pre-configured the supports for this model. Use Tree (Auto) supports for the best results. They are much easier to remove from the grip ridges and the emitter than standard block supports.&nbsp;Orientation: The model is oriented vertically to maximize detail and surface finish.&nbsp;Adhesion: Because this is a tall, single-plate print, I have added a 5mm Brim. This ensures the hilt stays stable throughout the entire print process.&nbsp;Walls: 3 Wall Loops for added strength (If use for cosplay).Material: Optimized for PLA.&nbsp;Dependent on your printer you might have to size it to 90% (The model is still plenty big)

This is my original 3D model of a Darth Vader–inspired lightsaber, designed as a one-color PLA print and optimized for FDM 3D printers. The model requires supports, prints in approximately 1 hour and 43 minutes, and is intended for display or prop use only. It features a clean, detailed design inspired by the iconic Sith lightsaber and is beginner-friendly with standard PLA print settings; scaling can be adjusted to fit your preference.
