New print profile included that prints the hanger in two pieces, using 100g instead of 330g of filament and no supports!

This slatwall filament spool hanger lets you store filament cleanly and efficiently using the commonly used 4L clear cereal container as a dust-protected, humidity controlled enclosure.

The hanger is designed specifically to work with the following cereal box (tested fit):
Amazon cereal container: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C1N9C3T7

The filament spool stays fully enclosed while hanging securely on standard slatwall panels, making it perfect for organized print rooms, garages, or workshops.

Features

  • Uses drive-free, gravity-supported spool storage
  • Keeps filament clean, visible, and dust-free
  • Fits common 1kg filament spools
  • Prints fast and strong in PLA, PETG, or ABS
  • Slides directly into standard slatwall

Print Notes

  • Recommended to print on its side for strength
  • 0.2mm layer height recommended
  • 3+ walls for extra strength
  • PETG or ABS recommended if mounting in warm spaces

This is a simple, functional print designed to solve a real storage problem while keeping filament accessible and organized.
