Introducing Elf Homer, a festive mashup from MixyPals. Homer steps into the holiday spirit dressed as a classic elf, complete with a pointy hat, red and green striped pants, and elf shoes. This fun crossover blends the world of The Simpsons with holiday charm in a colorful multi part print that is easy to assemble and perfect for seasonal displays.
Dimensions:
At 100% scale, Elf Homer stands approximately 9.25 inches (235 mm) tall.
Scaling up should work without any issues. If you scale down, remember that the tolerances will get smaller and some parts may be harder to assemble.
Colors Used:
- Bambu Basic: Black, White, Red, Green, Gold
- Bambu Matte: Yellow, Sky Blue, Latte Brown
Print Profile:
- Included is the full model in multi parts
Optional: AMS Head and AMS Eyes
Assembly Steps:
Head Assembly
• Attach the mouth to the face
• Assemble the eyes and secure them to the face
• Install the hat, making sure the feather slot is positioned on his right side
• Press the feather into place. Glue is optional
• Attach the back hair piece. Apply a small amount of glue on the sides of the head.
• Set the completed head aside
Upper Body Assembly
• Secure the black belt to the jacket top, aligning the wrist openings
• Attach the wristbands to the jacket and belt. The smooth edge of each wristband should sit against the belt
• Insert the pins into the wristbands and connect the hands
• Press the inner black belt buckle into place with the notch facing upward
• Install the gold belt buckle, orienting the latch to the right when viewed from the front
• Insert the rectangular support pin into the belt buckle, followed by the hex body pin
• Connect the green #1 pant section to the red jacket top. Ensure it bonds to both the jacket pin and the support pin. Minor gaps may occur due to print variation, so align carefully and glue to the pins
• Attach the lower jacket section to the belt, confirming alignment with the belt buckle and rear support pin
Pants Assembly
• Install and glue the long support pins for the pants
• Attach the pant segments in numerical order, keeping the numbers facing upward toward the body
• Finish by attaching the shoes with the white balls. Place the legs on a flat surface before it fully glues so it stands level.
• Attach the collar and the head to the body to complete the build.
