This is strange, I haven't had this problem yet, the holes in the front also ensure that no vacuum is created and that you can get them apart again. It is of course extremely important that the filament is very well calibrated and that high printing accuracy is achieved. Otherwise, it can help to increase the quality to 0.12 or 0.16 ☺️

Same experience here. It broke trying to separate as well. upon further examination it’s now clear to me that the print isn’t symmetrical. wish I saw that before. finally got it out and it slides in and out well when properly oriented.
