Description
This is the clamp version of my lead screw cleaner.
It features the correct thread profile for the TR8x8, 4-start Z lead screw used across all Bambu Lab machines.
The design focuses on ease of use with moderate clamping force.
It includes a 0.4 mm gap to accommodate a paper towel between the clamp and the rod, enabling effective cleaning of the lead screw’s deep grooves.
I recommend printing it with a layer height of 0.12 mm or 0.16 mm to ensure the fine thread details are reproduced accurately and to guarantee a proper fit
