很受欢迎的前一版快打干燥罐已经发布很长一段时间了。期间收到过很多朋友们及广大社区网友反馈,在此先为大家对前一版本的好评、喜爱及积极的问题反馈标识衷心感谢!也是有这么多的用户支持使得我获得极大积极性把这个配件继续完善下去!
反馈中有一个出现频率比较高的现象,也是我自己在使用过程中遇到过的。前一版罐体不够结实,偶尔会出现打印层分离的情况。对于干燥罐来说这应该是最不理想的情况。于是,我针对这个情况进行重新设计。
此版本通过对于0.4mm及0.6mm喷嘴参数进行建模时优化,所以这个版本分别有0.4mm喷嘴和0.6mm喷嘴两个模型文件版本。
因为0.6mm喷嘴线宽大于0.4mm喷嘴,使得0.6mm版有更强的附着力。0.6mm喷嘴更粗的线宽也使得干燥罐更佳结实,打印速度也比使用0.4mm更快!
另一方面,使用PETG半透明耗材及0.6mm喷嘴打印时能够获得更优异的透明度,所以我还特意制作了0.6mm喷嘴专用的SuperClear超透打印配置!
如果你没有0.6mm喷嘴也无须担心! 此版本印已经为FDM打印进行优化,所以0.4mm喷嘴版本也比前一版在各方面有很大的提升,可以放心打印! | It's been awhile since the previous version desiccant canister was published. During this time I have received many support and feedbacks from friends and community members, I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone for the positive comments, appreciation, and helpful feedbacks on the previous version! It is thanks to the support of so many users that I am greatly motivated to continue improving this accessory!
A recurring feedback, also something which I have encountered few times myself. The latice side walls of previous version sometimes suffer from layer adhesion problems. For the function of desiccant canister, this is less than ideal. Thus I have redesigned from scratch to solve this problem.
During the design of new version, I have optimized the model for both 0.4mm nozzle printing and 0.6mm nozzle printing. This produced two sets of model file respectively.
Because 0.6mm nozzle produces wider line width compared to 0.4mm nozzle during printing, this gives canisters printed with 0.6mm nozzle better layer adhesion. Line width produced by 0.6mm nozzle also greatly increased overall strength, at the same time printing time is also shortened significantly.
On other note, when printing with 0.6mm nozzle using PETG Translucent filament will produce better transparency compared to using 0.4mm nozzle, so I have also made a SuperClear transparency print profile specifically tailored for 0.6mm nozzle using PETG Translucent filaments!
No worries if you don't have 0.6mm nozzle laying around! Since this version is optimized for FDM printing, you will still benefit in all areas when printing with 0.4mm nozzle. |
