Description

This is a mod for splitting the feed to the left hand nozzle to enable easier TPU printing without having to plumb in piping every time,.

I looked at what other versions were available and nothing was suitable for the left extruder.

I decided to just design a new one from scratch. I tested and adjusted in PLA and created the final version in polycarbonate to resist the heat inside the printer. It seems to fit really well. I am sure it would also be fine to print in ABS, PETG would probably be okay but not the HF as melting point is lower I believe.

You will need a Bambu Lab PTFE 4 in 1 adaptor which can be sourced very cheaply from Bambu lab, you can also get them from Ali Express or similar.

To fit - set up the adaptor on the chain to the tool head until you are happy with the fit. Cut and slightly trim the bottom PTFE tube to the left nozzle. Connect one side to the front of the 4 in 1 and then the other side to the back. Get a new tube and fix to one of the other 4 connectors on the back end of the adaptor.and then feed it through the TPU feed hole in the back of the printer and route it to your External spool or AMS HT - whatever you use for TPU.
