This is a bust of Khatu Shyam.

Khatu Shyam is a revered deity in Hindu tradition, believed to be an incarnation of Barbarika, the grandson of Bhima from the Mahabharata.
He is worshipped primarily in Khatu, Rajasthan, India, where the famous Khatu Shyam Temple is located.
