Recommended Print Settings

  • Material: * PETG or ASA/ABS is highly recommended if used near an engine or in high-heat environments.
    • PLA is fine for aesthetic-only or cold-air applications.
  • Wall Loops: 3-4 for maximum strength around the rim.
  • Infill: Not applicable (the honeycomb is the geometry).
  • Top/Bottom Layers: 3-4.

Assembly & Fitment

This model features a slim outer lip to help it seat securely into a pipe or coupler. Ensure you measure the inner diameter of your intake and scale the model accordingly for a snug friction fit or use a silicone coupler to clamp it in place.
