Description
A precision-inspired bolt-action pen designed to transform a standard Kilometrico cartridge into a robust, everyday writing instrument. This pen replaces the thin, flimsy Kilometrico body with a solid, well-balanced housing that feels confident and durable in hand that enhances the smooth writing Kilometrico cartridge.
The bolt action mechanism offers controlled extension and retraction with a satisfying, deliberate action, while the knurled grip section provides excellent traction and control during extended writing.
Built for daily use, this pen combines comfort, grip, and mechanical precision in a clean, purposeful form, transforming a basic cartridge into something far more substantial.

Materials:
~5mm long M3 Screw
~30mm x 3mm spring (I sourced mine from Bic 4 colour pens)
Assembly Instructions:
1. Cut Kilometrico cartridge to 130mm.
2. Press cartridge into the top housing assembly.
3. Slide spring onto the pen cartridge.
4. Insert whole assembly into the body
5. Screw the screw into the hole on the housing.
6. (OPTIONAL) If needed trim the cartridge to adjust how far the pen extends, make sure it is pushed in fully before making any alterations
