Description

For this build, I used a matte filament to minimize surface gloss and achieve a more uniform, premium looking finish.

 

Regarding the wood like front panel, initial test prints were done using a wood filled filament. However, after evaluation, the final version was produced using PLA Silk Bronze, which provided a cleaner surface finish and a more visually appealing result.

 

In terms of hardware compatibility, the case design supports:

 

-  CPU air cooler with a maximum height of 67 mm
- GPU with a maximum length of 320 mm

 

The structure was assembled using M3 screws and M3 heat set threaded inserts, ensuring reliable mechanical strength and ease of maintenance ( links provided down below ).

 

For optimal printing results, I recommend using the following slicer settings:

 

Wall order: outer to inner

Outer wall speed: 60 mm/s

Inner wall speed: 80 mm/s

Bridge speed: 25 mm/s

Wall count: 4

Avoid crossing walls: enabled

Thick Bridges : enabled

Do not forget to properly calibrate your filament and fine tune your filament specific settings. PETG, in particular, tends to produce significant stringing, so increased retraction distance and higher retraction speed are strongly recommended.
