Aluminum profile cylindrical corner brace

1. Function Description:

  1.1 A corner brace used to reinforce the stability of cylindrical table legs, requiring European standard 3030 aluminum profiles. The corner braces are fixed on both sides, with an aluminum profile acting as a reinforcing crossbeam in the middle. The fixed distance can be adjusted according to the length of the aluminum profile, and the vertical position of the cylindrical fixation can also be adjusted and secured with screws. It clamps without damaging the table legs, making it suitable for height-adjustable desks.

  1.2 Once installed, various extensions, hooks, pegboards, etc., can be added to the aluminum profile.

  1.3 It can also be used for vertical or parallel fixation of cylinders and aluminum profiles, with multiple hole positions for self-development.

2. Installation Dimensions:

  Cylinder 3.8cm±0.5cm; European standard 3030 aluminum profile (can be purchased separately or 3D printed).

3. Installation Sequence:

  3.1 First, clamp the cylinder on both sides, fix it with M6X50X12 screws and nuts. Two positioning points are on the inside, and two on the outside can be initially fixed and then tightened after installation. The outer side is specially designed with an open circle to accommodate cylinders of similar diameters.

  3.2 Then install M6X12 bolts + T-nuts (European standard 30) - M6, first loosen them.

  3.3 After both sides are installed, insert the aluminum profile, position it, and then tighten the T-nut bolts to secure the crossbeam.
