Description
Are you annoyed by cutting wrapping or Christmas paper with scissors? With a paper cutter, you will always have a straight and clean cut. At the same time, the cutter is used to prevent the paper from unwrapping when it is deployed.
The cutter must be fitted with a scalpel blade.
