Description

Great little tool to prop open the door of LG brand washers so the drum can dry out (and not stink) between washes.

 

Added strength profile and created 3mf file.

Confirmed sizing is perfect.

Easily works with PLA

 

Simple and effective. All real credit goes to carolinedunn who uploaded the stl on Thingiverse originally.

 

Edit: Version 2 Print Profile

  • Added a hole that you can feed a string through to hang it somewhere. We lost our first one of these so I wanted to make it easier to hang in a designated spot.

Great print! For my LG washer, I might need to increase the surface area of the latch bit, but original does the job!

The print profile is no longer public
had to slihhtly (70%) on the z axis to make it fit the aeg ökomix and rotate the embossed lettering to the top but its working great!
