Dayou 100W Power Bank - Charging Dock

The original Dayou charger is truly large, single-purpose, and cumbersome to use. Therefore, I designed a dual-purpose base that can serve as a power bank for charging mobile phones and also charge Dayou 20v batteries. The charging base requires cutting off the four posts that secure the mainboard, and cutting an opening in the upper part of the USB interface (I didn't want to redesign the model, and materials are limited, so I just used diagonal pliers to cut it directly). A portion of the protruding part of the cover also needs to be trimmed according to actual dimensions. The cover and main body are adhered with hot melt glue, and the contact pins are stainless steel cable ties I picked up from the roadside. The digital display in the photo isn't clear, but it is actually visible (the digital display groove needs to be filled with hot melt glue, and the print material must be transparent PETG to be clearly seen).
