My custom Bambu Lab A1 stiffener design without additional screws
Key Features:
- Increases frame stiffness and overall printer stability
- Reduces vibrations and resonance artifacts
- Improves surface quality and dimensional consistency
- Designed specifically for A1
- Easy installation using standard mounting points
- Optimized geometry for FDM printing
- Uses only the ST3-8 screws included with the A1
Printing Recommendations:
- Recommended materials: Bambu Lab PLA Basic, Bambu Lab PETG HF
- PLA Basic works well for maximum stiffness
- Layer height: 0.16–0.20 mm
- Perimeters: 3–4 walls
- Infill: 15–20% (Gyroid recommended)
- Supports: Not required
- Just use my profile to print 😉
- Recommend always drying the filament before printing for better results!

Bambu Lab A1 stiffener Short version print profile:
- The short version of the stiffener does not protrude beyond the table (along the Y-axis), allowing additional space to be saved.
- Added a profile that allows printing a colored Bambu logo (using AMS)
