After a long day on the play road, a trip to the airport, or a detour through the construction site, the little speedsters deserve a proper wash. With this ingenious and fully interactive car wash, car care for small die-cast metal cars (scale **1:64 and 1:87**) becomes an absolute highlight in the children's room!

This module is the perfect addition to your Road Basic Set and can be seamlessly integrated into your city as usual via the well-known **wooden train track connectors** (puzzle system)

🌟 The interactive highlights of the car wash:

• Rotating washing rollers: The absolute centerpiece! The car wash features movable washing rollers (brushes), just like in a real car wash
• Ingenious gear mechanism: By turning the large car wash sign on the roof, the washing rollers inside are driven by a gear system. This makes it really look as if the cars are being scrubbed!
• Detailed pre-wash area: Before entering the facility, cars can be sprayed off at the separate wash area with an implied high-pressure cleaner. Even fine drainage channels for dirty water are integrated into the floor
• Dryer at the end: Once the car has passed the rotating brushes, the large blower waits at the exit to visually dry the vehicles again

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE ON ASSEMBLY: Due to the moving parts and the gear mechanism, it is extremely important that this model is assembled **strictly according to the instructions**. Please be sure to carefully review the **Assembly Instructions** section and follow the steps. This is the only way to ensure that the gears engage perfectly and the rollers turn smoothly!

⚙️ My Print Settings & print profile

All my uploaded 3D models are **designed by myself** and extensively tested in practice. To guarantee you a perfect print, I have successfully printed the model with the following settings. These values are stored in the print profile:

• Material: Bambu Lab PLA Basic
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Walls: 3
• Infill: 7% (Pattern: Gyroid)
• Reinforcement: 30% Infill (Gyroid) at strategic weak points for maximum stability

🖨️ Compatibility & Requirements for your Printer

This design is engineered to be easily printable on **any common 3D printer**

• Compact Design: The model only requires a print bed size of **180 x 180 mm**. This makes it 100% compatible with compact printers like the **Bambu Lab A1 mini**
• Important Note on Print Bed Adhesion: To avoid warping or detachment of the model, I require an **absolutely clean and grease-free print bed**. Please thoroughly clean your print plate before starting (e.g., with warm water and dish soap or isopropanol)
