Lathe Chuck Stop for 4 Jaw Chuck

I needed a Lathe Chuck Stop for short, but big diameter items that I need to clamp true to the face of the chuck and the easiest was to come up with a design like this. The four grabbers hold onto the jaws where they start to get bigger, for larger diameter items I would change the design again perhaps.

For thicker or thinner versions, it's easiest to simply change the dimensions just in the Z axis to the desired thickness. Base thickness is 10mm.

Just to make sure it won't warp after print, I do wait for it to cool down completely before taking it off the print plate.
