Description
Problem: When printing using filament directly from the dryer, the PTFE tube is gradually 'sucked' into the dryer, which causes the tube to shorten and a consequent print pause due to filament pressure or tangling!
After several searches and frustrated prints of similar models to solve the problem, I decided to create this model which worked for me and I am currently using
I created a larger M8 thread model, which fits perfectly in the dryer's opening. Inside, I inserted a funnel to facilitate filament introduction. Large, hexagonal heads for easy hand tightening
Be careful when tightening, it does not require much force. It's dangerous to break the thread as with any 3D print
Recommended to print in PETG. But if you want to try PLA, do so at your own risk!
100% infill
No supports needed
