Description

Here is my first MakerWorld project—a syringe drying rack. This was created to hold standard 60 mL, 10 mL, and 3 mL syringes that are used for tube feeding. It can also hold 5 mL syringes but cannot independently hold the purple plunger (as seen in the photo with the other sizes).

I've tested printing this at 0.24mm layer height and 10% infill. I would recommend keeping the layer height at/below 0.20mm but 10% infill should be adequate.

Assembly:

The top and bottom easily slide together with the built-in tolerance. I recommend using super glue along the bottom edge of the top piece and inside the "mortise" for a permanent and stable assembly.

Use:

There is just enough clearance (with 60 mL syringes) for the base to slide under a towel or dish drying mat so water can drip and be absorbed without sitting on the base.
