Bambu Lab H2 Series 4-Inch Exhaust Duct Adapter (H2D / H2S / H2C)

This model is a custom exhaust adapter designed specifically for the Bambu Lab H2 series (H2D, H2S, and H2C). It allows you to connect the printer’s exhaust port directly to a standard 4-inch (~100 mm) ventilation duct, making it suitable for external venting setups, enclosure exhausts, or dedicated fume extraction systems.

The adapter supports both left-side and right-side exhaust orientations, allowing flexible installation depending on your workspace layout. Simply choose the orientation that best fits your setup during installation.

Hardware Requirements

The adapter is designed to be mounted using 20 mm self-tapping screws. The following screw types are known to work well:

Printing Notes

• Non-warping PETG is recommended for better heat resistance.
• PLA may be acceptable depending on exhaust temperatures and usage duration.
• Ensure correct orientation selection (left or right) before printing.

TPU Gasket Variant

A second version of this model is provided for use with a TPU gasket.
This variant is slightly shorter to compensate for the thickness of the gasket, ensuring the same overall installed height and proper compression when mounted. Use this version if you plan to add a TPU gasket for improved sealing and vibration isolation.
