Mechanism - Rotary Telescopic Reciprocating Mechanism - Electric Paint Shaker
Print Profile(1)

Description
A paint shaker I've been working on intermittently, which can move up and down while rotating, making the paint shaking process not a single centrifugal motion

Without further ado, it requires 5 M3x14 bolt sets; 2 M3x30 bolt sets; 1 M2x4 self-tapping screw; and 1 single-axis TT motor. The motor can be replaced; just modify the base and turntable according to the corresponding motor

Installation Notes (On PC, open the slicing software to view the assembly diagram in the upper right corner):
1. When installing the rose-red transmission shaft, first place the black rotation stop block and the cyan claw disc buckle into the shaft, then install the orange transmission shaft stop block. Drip two drops of 502 glue first, then connect via the slot

2. After the complete assembly, apply some lubricant to the blue slide groove and the rose-red transmission shaft. The small tube of grease from Bambu Lab will do

3. Install the rest according to the exploded view. If it doesn't fit, unscrew and reassemble; there are no difficult parts. The first two images are finished views, and the latter two are exploded views

For friends with bold ideas, pay attention to waterproofing, electrical safety, and motor speed. Protecting yourself is paramount
Don't get discouraged if it's too quick. Nüwa didn't imagine it could be used this way when she molded humans
