Window Exhaust System (W.E.S.) for P1S

This is an active window exhaust system to vent fumes from any industrial equipment, specifically designed to fit windows with a 1.5 inch window slot, using a 4 inch wide exhaust pipe, and a 92x28mm fan. There are 4 window inserts, including the fan outlet (required) and extension inserts to fill in the window opening. The inserts can be resized to fit any window in the slicer by using a non-uniform scale in your slicer and adjusting the x (or y) axis depending on the part's orientation. All of the required parts are available on Amazon.

I recommend gluing a 90 degree pipe in the upward position at the window outlet as shown in the photo, as it will serve to catch rainwater and allow for drainage.

I added a 90 degree exhaust manifold for the P1S of my own design, since the model I previously linked didn't seal off very well for me. The new manifold requires 8x ¾ inch x 3/16 inch round magnets, which you can buy on amazon and are included in the BOM. I also added an optional TPU seal that aligns with the holes in the manifold to improve sealing with the P1S. I can't verify that this part will work on any other printers, however most likely this will work on the X1 varieties as well. When mounted with the magnets, the manifold clamps very strongly to the P1S, compressing the gasket and providing a really good seal (as far as I can observe).

I'm also adding in a 42mm straight pipe to the mix, since right now I can't close my 1 ½ inch wide window shade and this will provide clearance for that when attached to the window outlet.

I've included a BOM as I built it, feel free to substitute parts for cheaper options if you find sources.
