Dino Egg đŸ„šđŸŠ– – Your sleeping baby dino is waiting!

A mysterious egg lies before you – and inside, a sweet little Velociraptor slumbers, curled up and peacefully dreaming. 💭✹

After printing, you can carefully crack it open at the designated spot – an exciting moment, almost like hatching! And then: Amazement, smiles, heartbeats 💚 – your little dino is here! With lateral pressure, the figure detaches from the shell. 😊

Perfect as a surprise, gift, or just for yourself. An experience to look forward to layer by layer! 😍

amazing how that little file is setup to not use supports. I enlarged it to full size. had some minor issues where the seams met, but it worked.

Fascinating project! It's amazing that it worked with the eggshell. I'm currently updating the models. You can take a look at the Brachiosaurus; it already has the new eggshell. Let me know if I can help you with your project. đŸ€— Thanks for the pictures.

Great gimmick. My wife was totally thrilled. She likes collecting fossils, but this 3D egg blew her away. And also proved "how important" a 3D printer is in the household... ;-)

Household 3D printers, you just have to have them! I also had to do a lot of convincing 😄. Thanks for your comments and ratings!

This was my first detailed print on the P1S. I could not believe the amount of detail it managed to achieve. An easy 10/10!

The eggs are all great. Unfortunately, one claw broke off this one when opening it. The opposite one is more stable as it has a connection to the tail. As can be seen in the pictures, I was able to glue it well. The idea with the number on the underside to be able to assign the eggs when they are closed is nice. Thanks to the modeler for the great idea and good implementation. So far we have 8 different eggs. The rest of the dinos 🩕 are in progress and then the dragons will follow. đŸČ

Hey hey! Thank you very much for your review 😊👍. Too bad about the claw. It will definitely stay on the next one 😉. Do you print all of them with Silk? The filament tends to curl upwards on sharp overhangs. This can cause the area to collide with the nozzle and detach the dino. To avoid this, you can turn on the Z-hop function. I'm already looking forward to new photos😁
