A1 Hotend Cable Protector / PTFE Tubes Organizer
Print Profile(1)

Description
With the standard Bambu Lab A1 PTFE tube organizer clip, the hotend cable is pulled tight during printer movement, which may cause the cable to fray over time.
This redesigned clip is based on the original Bambu Lab clip and was created in Autodesk Inventor. The design adds a rotating ring that allows the hotend cable to move freely, reducing stress and preventing the cable from becoming tight or damaged. And is easy to install see the pictures and the GIF’s for the working result.
Note: Use tree supports and make sure the painted brim is used (see pictures). Once the print is finished, you can easily pull the brim off. If necessary, use a knife (always be careful when using a knife) to clean the edge where the brim was. Rotate the ring to break it free and remove the remaining tree support so it can rotate smoothly, as shown in the first GIF.
