Description

Snowball Scoops – Perfect Snowballs Every Time

Snowball Scoops make winter play easier, cleaner, and way more fun. Designed to create perfectly shaped snowballs with minimal effort, these scoops are great for kids and adults alike—no cold hands required.

Each scoop set forms a clean, consistent snowball by packing snow evenly inside the two halves. Simply scoop, close, and release for a solid snowball ready for action.

Key Features:

  • Creates consistent, well-packed snowballs quickly and easily
  • Keeps hands dry and warm
  • Lightweight and easy to use for all ages
  • Durable 3D-printed construction

Snow Type Notes:

  • Works best with wet, packable snow
  • Very light, fluffy snow may not pack as well in the scoops
  • Packed Snowball
  • Pressing two scoops together - Visual Aid compared to hand size
  • Optional Handleless scoops

Material & Print Notes:

  • Printed in PETG, making it more flexible and cold-resistant than PLA - DO NOT RECOMMEND PLA
  • Designed to handle winter temperatures and repeated use

Handle vs Handle-Free Options:

  • Handled version offers extra reach and leverage, ideal for kids or gloves
  • Handle-free version is compact and easy to toss in a pocket.

Extra Uses & Fun Bonus:

  • Great for snowball fights and winter games
  • Can also be used with slightly packed sand for summer fun
  • Handy for scooping dry items like dog food or ice melt — each scoop half holds ¼ cup

Drying & Storage Tip:
After use, allow scoops to air-dry fully before storing. The included drying stand is designed specifically for this purpose, holding the scoops at an angle so moisture can drain and the pieces dry evenly between uses.

I've printed several. Have you tried with supports? I'm sorry about the experience, but I always test the prints before I post. Supports/ Brim may help. I would recommended standard supports not tree. I will take a look at the file again and see if I can replicate your issue
