Ultimate Reusable Spool for Bambu Lab AMS

This is a refined version of the standard reusable spool, designed to solve common frustrations with filament management. It is fully compatible with Bambu Lab refills and standard MasterSpool systems.

🌟 Key Features

1. Integrated Filament Scale (Grams & Meters) Never guess how much filament is left again. The side of the spool features a printed gauge showing remaining weight and length.

• Accuracy: The number on the scale corresponds to the filament level at the BOT line (with a small safety reserve included).
• Benefit: Quickly check if you have enough material for your next print without weighing the spool.

2. "No-Waste" Angled Retention Holes The side holes for securing the filament end are designed at a specific angle.

• Why? You don't need to cut the bent tip of the filament when loading it into the printer.
• Result: Prevents the gradual shortening of filament and eliminates the small waste usually associated with trimming the tip.

3. Inner Rewind Holes The core includes additional holes to make rewinding filament from other spools onto this one much easier and more secure.

🧵 Material & Printing Recommendations

I have included print profiles for various materials depending on your needs:

• 🔥 ABS / ASA (Highly Recommended):
  • Choose this if you plan to dry your filament in an oven or dehydrator while it is on this spool. ABS/ASA can withstand the heat without deforming.
• PLA / PETG:
  • Profiles included. Use these only if you do not plan to expose the spool to high temperatures (like active drying).

1. Print both halves of the spool.
2. Align the notch with your filament refill coil.
3. Twist to lock.
4. Enjoy a smarter printing experience!
