Description
This bracket allows you to mount a laser level to the top of a standard 1-3/8" thick interior door with infinite adjustability, limited by the length of your PVC pipe. This is ideal for layout work and leveling work when a tripod is not available or floorspace is limited.
The design hangs on the door and clamps onto a standard ½" PVC pipe (0.84" OD pipe) to allow smooth up and down adjustment. The assembly requires (2x) 1/4-20 fasteners, at least 1-1/4" long. The fasteners will need to be threaded into the hole the first time with a hand tool, but after some turning will loosen up to the point where it can be adjusted by hand.
