Bambu Lab A1 enclosure detailed tutorial (including detailed list and installation), aluminum profile enclosure, AMS can be placed on top, double doors, with air intake and exhaust vents

I. Material List
1. 2020 European standard aluminum profile (150r)
2020 European standard aluminum profile - 1.0 wall thickness: 500mm 5 pieces (length), 585mm 4 pieces (width), 600mm 4 pieces (height)
Shelf supports: 500mm 2 pieces, 400mm 4 pieces
3D angle connectors (including M4*6 set screws): 8 pieces
Panel soft inserts: 10 meters (optional)
Corner slot connectors: 2 2020 built-in corner slots (including M5*6 set screws)

2. Boards (36r+70r+55r)
Pine unpainted finger joint board: 1 piece 500mm*600mm (for printer at the bottom), 1 piece 500mm*220mm (for AMS on top), thickness 12mm
Colorless transparent acrylic sheet: 2 pieces 590mm*265mm (for double doors), 1 piece 372mm*512mm (for top viewing window), thickness 3.6mm
Plywood: 2 pieces 610mm*565mm (left and right sides), 1 piece 565mm*510mm (back), thickness 3mm
(Plywood can also be replaced with acrylic sheet, but the price will be a bit higher)

3. Exhaust

4. Screws
M4 countersunk screws, used to fix hinges and double doors, length 8-9mm is sufficient

II. Preparation before assembly
1. An exhaust vent with a diameter of about 12cm needs to be opened at a convenient location, to fit my intake vent model, the intake vent opening size is 10cm*4cm (needs to be slightly larger than this size)
2. For the acrylic double doors, the center point of the hole, vertical spacing is 30mm, distance from the side is 12mm, height is arbitrary
3. The acrylic sheet for the top viewing window needs to have two right angles cut off, approximately a 7mm square cut off, otherwise the top frame will not fit
4. The back panel needs a 30-50mm hole for wire entry and exit, I used the model by “木材不柴” (link below)

III. Assembly Tutorial
1. First, assemble the bottom frame using 500 and 585 profiles, pay attention to the direction of the 3D angle connectors, they should be as shown in my picture
2. Then place and fix the four 600mm profiles vertically
3. Insert 3 pre-drilled plywood/acrylic sheets (left, right, and back sides) into the aluminum profile grooves
4. Assemble the top frame using 500 and 585 profiles, note that there are 3 horizontal pieces, the middle one needs to have 2 corner slot connectors placed first, pay attention to the orientation of the corner slot connectors, they should face outwards, because the acrylic sheet will be inserted on the inside. After placing the middle piece, insert the acrylic sheet, then seal the edges, once sealed, it can be covered
5. Place 6 shelf supports, 4 on the bottom and 2 on the top, then place the thick wooden board on the shelf supports
6. You can print my hinge model to fix the double doors. If there is a squeaking noise when opening and closing, you can spray WD40. After I sprayed it, it became very smooth and quiet overnight
7. You can print my vent model, it fits perfectly on 3mm thick boards
