Description
Custom Handle for KingSong S16 Pro
Tested and extremely sturdy in PETG-HF with the recommended settings (Gyroid infill, etc. – see the included .3mf file). This model was printed with a 0.6 mm nozzle for maximum strength and comfort.
Note: This handle has a different layout from the original handle!
The original front handle on my S16 Pro got damaged, and a genuine replacement is:
- Expensive
- Almost impossible to find in stock 😅
This handle design uses a different layout: the grip is positioned higher to better protect the Trolley Handle. The entire design is built with crash protection in mind – it effectively acts as a bumper.
Tested to easily support the full weight of the EUC (~36 kg with accessories) without any bending or deformation using the settings found in the .3mf file.
