Rotary shaker for 100ml bottles for the animal husbandry sector (usually for vaccines).

The bottle housings have an internal diameter of 53.0 mm. (The photo shows the standard size of 100ml bottles).

Motor used C9058-60072 Motor HP Officejet.

Optimized for Bambu Lab A1 mini.

Simple Rotary Agitation: Designed for pure rotary motion, ideal for mixing liquids.

Modular Design: Composed of four easily printable and assembleable key components, allowing for future customization.

Stability: The combination of a robust base and TPU supports with a star flange prevents unwanted vibrations. I coupled the motor pin to the connecting flange with epoxy glue.

Optimized Compatibility: Specifically adapted for a common DC motor salvaged from an old HP printer with a 7.2 mm pin and original gear (Diameter 7.2 mm, Height 4.6 mm).

The Components:

1. Moving Platform (Recommended Material: PLA, PETG, ABS)

A robust circular platform that houses 6 bottles and interacts with the rotation mechanism and guide supports.

2. Fixed Base (Recommended Material: PLA, PETG, ABS)

The base of the shaker, where the DC motor is housed.

3. TPU Bushings (x4)

They act as shock absorbers and flexible guides. They should be inserted into the 4 holes of the fixed base to allow rotation with low friction.

4. Connecting Flange (Recommended Material: PLA, PETG, ABS)

I did not add the offset (eccentric) flange because I needed a simple (or coaxial) rotation of the plate, and not orbital agitation. If desired, it would be enough to modify only the flange by offsetting the hole by a few millimeters to obtain orbital rotation.

A simple speed controller for the motor will be added in the future.
