Print yourself a set of sturdy handles for the Allen keys supplied by Bambu Lab

No other components are needed!

The Allen key is inserted into the top piece from above and then screwed to the handle. The threads may be a bit tighter depending on filament settings, but this positively prevents accidental loosening.

Printed with ABS. They work perfect. Don't have a print record, for some reason. Would let me score 4 or 5.

love this! makes these hex keys way more functional. if you’re having trouble fitting it in try heating up the hex key a little bit and it will wiggle right in.

Printed it with simple white PLA filament started from Bambu Handy. The layers turned out beautiful, and the texture feels really good in the hand.

Really nice feel in the hand. However I didn't realize that it was intended that the metal would need to be sawed off to install. I did not do this and, as the photos others have posted have shown, I'm not alone. It would be nice if the design accommodated the full size of the tool, turning the protruding bit of metal into an ergonomic thumb rest. I would add the final star for that. :) Right now, it's just a poking bit of metal sticking out of the side of the tool.

Print with AMS and BambuLab P1S. I am very satisfied. Yes, the keys are difficult to "push in" but are firm once they are in. Nothing wobbles. The threads are a bit stiff at first, but then work very well. Clear printing recommendation from me.
