Mega Cuphead - No AMS

Dimensions:

• At 100% scale, Mega Cuphead stands approximately 8.27 inches (210 mm) tall. Scaling up should work fine, but scaling down may tighten tolerances and make assembly more difficult.

Colors Used:

• Bambu Basic: Red, Black, White, Gray, Dark Gray

• Bambu Matte: Bone White

   

Assembly Tips

• The triangle pins on the legs should point forward
• Look for the L and R markings on the knees
• Building the straw
  • The long pin for the straw fits into the lower straight section
  • The short pin is used for the bent section of the straw
  • The pieces go in order from 1 through 5, with the final unmarked piece placed at the end
  • Piece 1 inserts into the head
  • For piece 2, attach the unmarked side to piece 1

  • Continue attaching each piece upward the same way until all parts are connected

     

Assembly Steps

• Attach the legs to the shorts using the pins
• Attach the legs to the knees
• Place the legs onto the boots while keeping him standing level, then glue them in place
• Attach the shorts to the body with the pin
• Insert the right hand into the right arm and glue it onto the body
• Insert the left hand into the left arm and glue it onto the body
• Attach the red trim to the top of the cup using the pins
• Attach the nose with the pins, then insert the eyes they are identical
• Insert the liquid piece into the cup, keeping the straw hole positioned slightly toward the back center of the head
• Build the straw following the instructions above and insert into the liquid. 
• Attach the head to the body and you’re all done
