Ammo Box CCI Tray Conversion for 22LR - 4X 50 Rnds

This is design allow you to use my Gen 3.0 250 Round 22LR ammo box with a standard plastic CCI Ammo Trays (4x50). Because of size limitations the conversion tray will hold 200 Rounds (4x50). The print profile includes two build plates. Print just the conversion tray if you already have my 250 round 22LR ammo box printed and want to convert it. Print both plates if you need the whole box with the conversion tray. 

Build Plates:

1. Conversion Tray 

2. All other box parts

Assembly:

1. Snap in side labels - I also put 3 recessed areas incase you want to add superglue for permeant mount of labels. 
2. Snap in conversion tray  - It you need to remove this just use a pencil and gently pry it to disengage the snap feature.

3. Drop CCI Tray into recess on conversion tray. You do not need to unload the CCI rounds. Just remove the tray with the rounds hanging from the ring and align it and place into the conversion tray (after it is assembled in the ammo box). Please note that the CCI tray is not symmetric. The rounds are shifted slightly to one side. The rectangular indicators on the top of the conversion tray shows the shift to one side. If you insert the CCI tray with rounds and they do not line up, just flip the CCI Tray 180 degrees. Repeat for the other 50 round tray.

   

4. Slide Cover on - The first few snaps will be a little firm, but it will loosen after a few and it sits for couple days.
