📱 Bicycle Handlebar Phone Mount 🚴
Only one M3 screw and nut are needed.
The hinge axis is a piece of filament, melted on both sides with a soldering iron to prevent it from falling out.
This project is a solid and adjustable bicycle handlebar phone mount, designed specifically for 3D printing.
The construction focuses on stability, ease of use, and reliable phone holding even on rough roads.
The mount consists of several parts:
a handlebar clamp with adjustment,
a phone support platform with a lightweight, open-frame (cut-out) design to reduce printing time,
a tightening knob, allowing quick and tool-free adjustment.
The design allows adaptation to different handlebar diameters (e.g. city bikes, MTB, trekking bikes).
