Fantastic accessory to decorate your sweets or pastries. You can make puff pastry, croissants, pain au chocolat, and much more.

Hello everyone, I have created this fantastic modular accessory that fits perfectly in the palm of your hand.

You can hold it to score puff pastry (or other dough) with one hand, or alternatively, with two hands for an even more precise incision.

The body is divided into two parts with some interlocking joints that connect perfectly.

I inserted 4 screws for a stronger hold: link: https://www.amazon.it/dp/B0CPHM3RC1?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2

The blade housing is for these blades here on Amazon: link: https://www.amazon.it/dp/B09V893MSB?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

For a stronger hold, you can glue the blades into the housing with a little bit of Attack.

The joints are precise; you might need to apply a little force to snap everything into place.

If you have any problems, write to me and we'll solve them together!!
