Andreani Misano EVO 2 Fork Cartridge Cap Tool

No need to over tighten the cap tool as the top triple clamp will clamp it tight. A 3D printed part is strong enough. If ever you need more strength, I design a version with M4 thread where you can add small pieces of threaded rod. 

Print it at 45 degree (with support) to maximize the strength in the small “nipples”.  

I printed mine in ABS-GF, 5 walls and 30% infill.
