Overview
This 3D printable model is a dedicated adapter designed to create a 90-degree bend for the rear exhaust duct of the XTOOL F2 and F1 laser engravers.
When connecting the supplied flexible pipe and positioning the unit close to a wall, the sharp bend often significantly sacrifices the effective length of the pipe. By using this adapter, you can achieve the 90-degree angle without wasting the pipe's length, allowing you to maximize the effective reach of the pipe and smartly and neatly install the engraver against a wall or in tight spaces.
It consists of three parts and maintains reliable exhaust performance while dramatically improving your setup environment.
Important Notes: Fitment & Scaling
- Design Basis: This model was designed based on the dimensions of my own xTOOL F2.
- Machine Side: Designed for a 62mm Outer Diameter (OD) port.
- Duct Side: Designed for a 63mm Inner Diameter (ID) pipe.
- Note: Both 62mm and 63mm measurements refer to the dimensions at the openings (at the very end).
- Check Before Printing: Please verify your machine's dimensions before printing, as the required fit may vary depending on the direction and individual hardware tolerances.
- User Report & Scaling: I have received a report that a 102% scale worked well for one user's environment. However, this is only a reference and does not guarantee a perfect fit for all machines. Please adjust the scale in your slicer based on your own measurements if necessary.

Assembly Instructions
This model consists of three parts. No glue or tools are required for assembly, only for support removal.
- Remove Supports: Carefully remove any support material attached to the connection points of the Socket/Ring Part using nippers or a hobby knife.
- Verify Parts: Ensure you have the Duct Side Part, Xtool Side Part, and the Socket/Ring Part ready.
- Press-Fit (Body Side): Firmly press and fit the Xtool Side Part into one of the connections of the Socket/Ring Part.
- Press-Fit (Duct Side): Similarly, press and fit the Duct Side Part into the other connection of the Socket/Ring Part.
- Completion: The three parts are securely held by the socket ring, completing the 90-degree adapter.
Installation Guide
- Connect to Unit: Attach the Xtool Side Part of the assembled adapter to the rear exhaust port of the XTOOL F2/F1.
- Connect Pipe: Attach the supplied flexible exhaust pipe to the Duct Side Part of the adapter.
- Final Placement: Use the 90-degree angle to place your unit close to walls or furniture neatly and efficiently.
Important Notes
- Filament Selection: As the exhaust duct may become warm, we recommend using high-temperature resistant filaments such as PETG or ABS.
- Airtight Seal: Ensure all connections between the printed parts and the exhaust pipe are tightly fitted to prevent air leakage.
