Description

This 2026 Ball Drop Fidget is a festive, interactive toy designed to celebrate the New Year in a fun and tactile way. Featuring a twisted handle and a spherical centerpiece embossed with “2026,” the ball smoothly slides and drops along the spiral path, creating a satisfying fidgeting motion inspired by the iconic New Year’s Eve ball drop.

Optimized for clean, reliable 3D printing, the model works well in single-color or multi-color filament combinations and requires no supports. Lightweight yet durable, it’s perfect as a desk fidget, party favor, countdown prop, or commemorative keepsake. Whether used during New Year’s Eve celebrations or year-round as a stress-relief toy, this ball drop fidget is a playful way to welcome 2026.

If you do the single color version, you can always color the “2026” with a sharpie or paint pen, though I recommend putting a coat of spray paint or even clear nail polish before painting to avoid bleeding along the layer lines.

New for this year - check out the H2D and H2C version for higher quality print without the waste!

thanks for the rating. that other piece is a prime tower for multicolor prints. it helps the color changes work better but isn’t needed once the print is done. you can toss it

Tried printing ams version with brim. it printed 2025, not 2026.

@user_3326817107 Okay it is fixed now! Sorry about that and thanks for letting me know. Maybe give it 5 min or so for the print profile to percolate through the system. You'll know its ready to print when the plates are titled "Recessed Numbers" and "Embossed Letters" instead of "Brim"/"No Brim" which was the 2025 version.

how can I print multiple? when I go to print multiple it separates the ball from the center stick. Will it still work if it prints as 2 seperate pieces?

that’s bizzare but I guess makes sense. I think I can update the print profile to keep them together even if you do multiples. it won’t work if it prints as 2 separate pieces or you can do multiples within the desktop app.

okay I updated the print profiles and did a test run to double check. should be able to do multiples now. you were doing the single color (non-AMS) version right? that’s the one I was getting the behavior you were talking about via the Bambu Handy mobile app
