Wall Mount for Suspended Hand

No more grease mess! This robust wall mount ensures your Suspended Hand is always within reach, safely and cleanly stored. The design is specifically optimized for common Suspended Hands and uses a clever hybrid holding system.

🛠️ The Holding Concept

The mount combines mechanical precision with magnetic force:

• Bottom: A stable guide pin centers the Suspended Hand and supports the main weight.
• Top: Two powerful neodymium magnets (10x2 mm) securely hold the Suspended Hand in a vertical position.
• Removal: The Suspended Hand is simply tilted/pulled forward out of the mount – intuitive and fast.

• Secure Hold: Thanks to the combination of pin and magnets, the Suspended Hand is held rock-solid, yet can be removed with one hand without fiddling.
• Clean Storage: Vertical storage prevents uncontrolled grease leakage or soiling your workbench.
• Universal Mounting: The integrated slotted holes allow for easy attachment to wooden walls, workshop carts, or pegboard systems. They also forgive small inaccuracies during drilling. 😉

🔧 Mounting Instructions

1.  Preparation & Magnet Installation
   • Insert Magnets: Press the two neodymium magnets (10x2 mm) into the designated recesses on the mount.
   • Securing: If the magnets do not sit firmly enough on their own, secure them with a small drop of hot glue.
2. Positioning on the Wall
   • Choose Location: Find the optimal spot on your tool wall or above the workbench.
   • Marking: Hold the mount against the wall and precisely mark the drill holes through the hangers.
3. Screw Installation
   • Drilling: Drill at the marked locations. For stone or concrete walls, use appropriate wall plugs.
   • Inserting Screws: Ideally, use 3.5 mm or 4 mm countersunk screws.
   • Important Tip: Do not fully tighten the screws. Leave the head protruding a few millimeters so that the keyhole hanger of the mount can easily slide over it.
4. Finalization
   • Hanging: Place the mount onto the screw heads and pull it down until it locks firmly into place.

   • Stocking: Equip the holder with your drills.
