Hello I tried to print the lightbox Unfortunately, the first plate is not working It looks like the plate is being printed the wrong way around. Only one color is also displayed in the detailed view What am I doing wrong or is there another version

Perfect as a compliment to a bottle of Gin as a gift set. A nice addon to a bar area! I was able to make it work with my A1 Mini.

Support Issue:For some reason I don't understand, the model begins with certain letters before forming the base, causing it to float
