Soft Pads for Woodworker Vise jaws 6-½" wide clamp

This model contains 3 styles of pads you can choose from (plain, aligned grooves and multi-grooves). 

The fist print profile is for soft TPU, the internal pads are 163mm wide for a tighter fit. The second profile is for the 165mm wide pads (hard plastivc).  Each print profile contains the 3 styles of pads.

The pads were designed for the following vise : 

Pony Jorgensen Model 26545 (4-1/2-Inch x 6-1/2-Inch) Light Duty Woodworker's Vise

📐 [ Dimensions ]

163mm internal space for the TPU pads (Profile 1)

165mm internal space for hard plastics like PETG (Profile 2)

Magnet pockets : 10mm x 2mm deep.

📇 [ Printing ] TPU worked fine for my application for the 163 maps but PETG required wider pads with 165mm wide internally. Use the material according to your application and do not use to hang heavy loads or to hang loads that could injure somebody in case of a failure.
