Air Wick Freshmatic Sprayer

This 3D model is a custom enclosure and pump lid designed to fit an Air Wick Freshmatic aerosol can. The enclosure houses the top of the can and spray mechanism, while the pump lid interfaces directly with the nozzle, allowing controlled actuation and protection of the sprayer assembly.
 

The design provides a snug, friction-fit connection to the can’s neck, keeping the enclosure stable during operation. The pump lid is shaped to align precisely with the factory spray nozzle, ensuring consistent spray direction and reliable actuation without lateral stress on the valve stem. Internal clearances are optimized to avoid binding while still minimizing wobble.

The enclosure offers mechanical protection for the spray head and can be used as part of DIY automation projects, test rigs, or custom housings. The modular design allows the pump lid to be removed independently for maintenance or replacement.

This model is intended for personal, experimental, or workshop use. It does not modify the internal pressure system of the aerosol can. Use caution when working with pressurized containers.
