Oh Chemistree, Oh Chemistree, I love you Chemistree!!!
I wanted to make a fun item to give to my colleagues at work, as a group of chemistry teachers I thought it would be fun to make the “chemistree” - its a fun play on the word Chemistry and Tree - allowing you to celebrate xmas or the festive period in the lab!
You get the mini Conical flasks, test tubes and volumetric flasks (I was doing titrations with my students recently)
Organic molecules - Octane, Hexane, Pentane and propane
All parts are separate apart from the base, which requires an AMS. Just use some Super Glue to attach the molecules the way you want to the tree. Pop it into the base and away you go - Christmas in the labs!
