Description

Build your lats!

I struggle to connect with my lats when they are fattigued - So i made this attachment for cable machines.

How to use:
Attach to a cable machine, or any other machine, place your elbow in, and pull backwards - Allows you to push your lats without you arms taking over.

I made mine with PLA - Strong enough for me, but for you powerhouses - PETG or ABS might be better

Printed with Elagoo PLA - 6 walls, Honeycomb infill.
Holes are 8,5mm - But i used 6mm paracord. Try out different lengths to see what is comfy for you.

I will likely be improving on the design - Feel free to give feedback and suggestions!
