Description

I created a Badgey Christmas ornament for a buddy of mine as we are both huge fans of the show. I created the model to be printed in multiple colors without the need for a MMU or other multi-material solution. The model can be printed with simple color changes within your  Slicer, I used PrusaSlicer and these settings are based on my experiance printing out this model. .

I made two versions one with a thicker body so it can stand upright on its own, and one a bit thinner that might be better for hanging on a tree!

For those who don't know Badgey is:

A character from Star Trek: Lower Decks. In the series he was created by Ensign Sam Rutherford of the USS Cerritos as a tutor for his holodeck training program, and resembled an anthropormorphic Starfleet combadge Badgey was intended to work with trainees in order to guide them through various training scenarios, including spacewalks.

The training program ultimately malfunctioned and Badgey ended up being a villain in the show.

I might end up making the variants of Badgey (Goodgey, Logic-y), technically you could just print it in a gray or silver for Goodgey, brown or bronze for Logic-y. Logic-y doesn't have a smile though, so I will work on a variant when I have time.
